Biography

The Lord has blessed me to spend 11 years as a registered nurse in the United States Air Force (1978-1988) after graduating from the University of Delaware with a bachelors of science degree in nursing. In 1988, the Lord opened the door for full time Christian ministry at the Word of Outreach Christian Center. In 1989, WOOCA was founded and I was one of the original three teachers. In 1993, I received a Masters in Education Administration from Pensacola Christian College and became principal of WOOCA in 1995. We expanded our leadership team and I became Administrator in 2001 and received a doctorate in Educational leadership in 2010 from I Oral Roberts University. I am married to the Director, Elder James Washington and together we provide leadership for our academy staff, students and families. To God be the glory!
